<VV> AC BLOCK CODE

Ok engine code detectives.....Just picked up a block for engine rebuild project...code T0203AC...AC per clarks book = 95hp smog w manual tranny for '69...but couple interesting things...code located on right side of block vs normal left side location...also, it has BOTH oil check locations in the block mold (standard AND FC) but neither have been drilled out...so its an unused block?  And why would a 69 block have the fc oil fill setup?  The 65 monza case I pulled parts from doesn't have it.  Was AC code used from 61-65?  If so, it doesn't show in clarks engine code section...

Any thoughts?
