<VV> Mea Culpa Headrests

My apologies to Dave Keillor and others (and thanks to Mark).   After 
researching my records last nightI found that headrests were in fact not  required 
until January 1, 1969.  I haven't located my order form for my one  new car--a 
'68 Monza (that arrived in March 1968 with "Stratoease" headrests) to  see if I 
paid for that option or not.  I was confusing the GM switchover to  shoulder 
belts as of January 1, 1968.
