So if I suspect a bad electric fuel pump, I would like to test it, can 
I use a
battery charger? If so, is it as simple as clipping positive and 
negative on the
pump to positive and negative on the clamps from the charger? Or do I 
need to
ground off to something else?
I am almost done reassembling the fuel tank and related systems, and am
cautiously optimistic that everything will come together just right.
