<VV> Harmonic Repair Sleeve

Is there a source for harmonic damper sleeves that have a damaged seal
surface? Several years ago while working on brand X I used a metal sleeve
which went over the area of the pulley where it came in contact with the
seal thereby restoring the surface. Are these "sleeves" available for
Corvair pulleys and where can they be obtained?? Thanks in advance!
