Be aware the Goodyear is shifting / has shifted most of its production
to China. As Matt said earlier, the only way to know for sure is to
look at the sidewalls.

As far as I know, the only two American tire companies are Cooper and
Goodyear. This seems to be confirmed by this article I found via Google,

As with most foreign companies that sell products in the USA, I'm sure
