Scotty,

Try the 1:1 button at the top.  That should give you an "actual size" image that you can drag around with the "grabber" hand by pressing and holding your left mouse button.  The magnifier glass buttom will take you back to a "fit to page" image.

I accessed the E-Communique and found it unusable; I could tell it was the  
E-C but the articles were illegible--far too small a print size and no way that 
 I could find to enlarge it.
What am I doing wrong? or is it the E-C?
