Me thinks that this type of conglomeration is best described as a  
Corvair bodied "funny car"; certainly not a Corvair.

To think, all this effort and expense to have their Corvair go fast  
in a straight line like the other "muscle cars" and destroying the  
great engineering that make the Corvair such a blast to DRIVE/autocross.
