When all else fails.....including your bank account...
 
Go to WalMart... buy the 6 ft of 1/8"  Fish tank tubing  and some  colored 
mouthwash.
 
 
Fold the tube in 1/2.....  add M-W  to a level of 6" on either  side
 
Using Sticky tape or? ,  hang this  liquid filled part of  the tube from your 
engine lid....so that it forms a "U" [ legs as vertical as  possible ].
 
Connect the ends to the Carb's  Choke pulloff ports...  
 
 
Liquid should be EVEN on each side!
 
Start engine [ HOT Engine  with chokes off ]
 
Now you can adjust until the liquid stays  EVEN...
 
This is called a "U-tube"...used in Laboratories  for decades before  
Electronics!
