Lon is right.
    I have used a redi- sleave on two applications with good success, 
and have had no problems. Just take your time when installing the sleeve 
and remember that there is an inner and an outer edge on the sleeve. I 
can send you the manufacturer and the part number of the one that I used 
and is available at your local Flaps after I get back from having Easter 
dinner with my Mother.
P.S. I had better results using the regular rubber seal rather than the 
Viton seals.
