<VV> FC hot air heater duct removal

Yesterday I started the project of getting rid of the "burst of fuzz"
option on the hot air heater for my Rampside.  I removed the fiberglass
box, bunch of nasty in there, and started to remove the long plastic
duct that runs from the fiberglass box to just behind the right front
wheel.  What am I missing on removing it, I got the four screws to the
fiber glass box, the four screws on the two straps, and the front duct
work in the wheel well out.  I can move the duct but cannot get it to
come out.  Looking in the Assembly Manual I don't see that the duct work
comes apart where it passes through the outrigger.

 

Any help?
