Contact Cement, like weatherstripping adhesive.

This is the type of cement where you apply to both halves, wait for it 
to dry at least tacky, and then assemble the parts.

You don't want to know how many employees couldn't get rubber 
weatherstrip to stay in place on a door. RTFM! ggggg
