Can I suggest deep valve seats from a Corvair head expert.  I think Michael LeVeque can help out.  Larry's Corvair has a good reputation for having his machine shop install deep seats.  I'm sure lclc and Steve Goodman have machine shops you can trust.  Their are others.  I would stay within the Corvair Community to make sure it is done right.
