<VV> Clutch problem

After rechecking the old assembly we found that the fingers were
actually above the surface of the cover and barely moved when tightening
the cover bolts. The fingers on the new assembly are not completely flat
but have about 13/64" difference between the tip of the finger and the
base of the finger. The thickness of the clutch disk (measuring with a
caliper) is just under 5/16" (~.3125"). I think the parts are likely ok,
it's just that I hadn't assembled a clutch with new parts for quite a
while and forgot how much difference it makes.
