Well, I used to run 13 seconds flat with a 140 head 180 with an SU carb! Which netted about 17+ PSI with water/alcohol.

If you remember Dick Griffin was using a Paxton that delivered 17lbs boost.  His 
1961 Monza was turning 106mph at a 13:20 ET not bad for an outdated 
Supercharger.  Now Let's fast forward to 2008 and How may Covair folks can run 
Griffin's time????
