<VV> Upper head stud thread size

I want to run a die over the threads of the upper head studs before I
reassemble my 110 engine out of my 66 Monza.  The threads are pretty cruddy,
but I think they will clean up.  Can anyone tell me the thread
specifications I am looking for when I purchase the tap and die set?
