<VV> Pinion Bearings

<<Okay, I went to the local bearing supply to get new bearings for the differential.   The supplier notes that there is no M88048A cup for the pinion bearings as per the GM parts catalogs I have.  They only have M88048  (no "A"), to go with the M88010 race. I got them and will be miking them to see if there are any differences to the ones on the old diff.>>

     For diff. pinion bearings ( 7450984), my IBI book says M88048 + M88010 on several brands (Bower, Timken, etc.). Been using them by these numbers for years. Dimensions are: 1.3125" ID, 2.6875" OD, 0.8750" Wide.
     I would suggest putting new carrier bearings too, unless they look pretty good.. GM number 7451090 or LM603049 + LM603011 (wider known numbers at bearing shops).

     M88048A doesn't appear on any of my books.
