Yes.

The 356 Registry recently converted their 356Talk list to a phpforum.  
Perhaps part of the problem was that it came with no previous notice of 
the pending change to list users.  Thanks to some open source code 
software and the dedicated efforts of certain list members, the list is, 
I am told,  now available as item by item emails, and a Daily Digest, 
just like before the changeover, and for those that want it, the 
multi-mediium forum.  Obviously, enough demand to generate the required 
programming from a bunch of folks (the board) who had already had their 
minds made up for them.
