<VV> Yoke mount disassembly!

Looking for the proper size sleeve to push the cross member yoke mount out
of the assembly.
I know I need to build a spacer to keep the metal from crushing while I am
pressing the old mounts out/
What size are we using to push the old mounts out??

I have posted a photo of the yoke (as in oxen) so you know what yoke I am
referring to.
