Although, if it was me, I'd replace the acetone with MEK. It's a better  
solvent for this, evaporates more slowly, dissolves all the same things as  
acetone, and FAR less hygroscopic.

Actually, this is the formula for  "Ed's Red", a DIY gun-cleaning solvent
invented by firearms expert/author,  Ed Harris over 50 years ago!
