<VV> '61 '62 turn signals

All the early models use clear bulbs, the amber lenses on 63/64 color 
the light. The same for lates also, clear bulbs and the lenses color the 
light. Although you can use amber bulbs with amber lenses, you do not 
need to, GM didn't.
