I grabbed the new carpet out of the box it's been living in for some
years. Yes, it has underpad attached to it. The big extra underpad I had
on closer examination is something that someone made - not GM! So it's
in the garbage now. I have a nice piece about 3/4" thick that goes
behind the rear seat - so everything is under control now.
