The 10th Annual Fire & ICE AutoX that the Iowa Corvair Enthusiasts were planning for this fall, has been canceled for?2008. The Marshalltown track where we have held the event for the last 9 years has closed and is for sale. We've been told that it probably will not reopen as a track. We?reviewed alternate sites and were pursuing the Hawkeye Downs track in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, however with the disastrous fooding in Cedar Rapids, we felt it best not to hold the event there. So, the Iowa Corvair Enthusiasts will be holding it's 10th Anniversary Fire & ICE?AutoX?sometime in 2009 at a track site to?be?announced at a?later date,
