<VV> Split boot on ball joint

I copied this from an old post:
"The number for the replacement ball joint boot is 13566 and if you tell the guy to run it in the "HELP" function on his computer it should turn up." 
I think this referred to the "HELP" bubble packs but I'm not positive.
