Too quick!!   Some of us were out driving our 69 110's [ open  chambered 
heads] with Spark delay valves...running 89 octane..with no  pinging...
 
I use a 15 second delay....great for around town.......only gets   VA  when 
definetly on a steady state....releases immediately...
