A few guesses...  Boat, Kiddie Railroad, Generator, Military???   I think 
the stamping was CExxxx?  CE = Commercial Engine or maybe Chevrolet 
Engineering?  I've no idea if this is right, but I've got a hunch that Dave 
Newell or Clark Hartzel might be able to pull up some documentation on it.
