<VV> Firewall piece for early master cylinder conversion

Greetings,

I have a contact who is parting a '64 and can cut me the piece of  
firewall to convert our '61 Lakewood to the later master cylinder  
setup.  I've seen a photo of a car getting this very part welded in  
that I'd like to send, but I can't find it anywhere.  Can someone  
drop me a copy of such, or point me to a site?  Thanks.
