<VV> Scholarships

Gang, 
    I don't know what the fuss is all about. It  seems like a set of rules 
for the scholarship has already been set and we need  to follow them until the 
rules are changed. Can't we talk about elec fuel pumps  or late VS early? My 
mail box is getting full again.
