In a private E-Mail Sarah told me that it was limited to Seniors and
first year students. This appears to indicate that as long as you are in
your senior year or beyond and attending college in the fall you would
be eligible. My son is studying Mechanical Engineering (currently at
community college but returning to UMR in the fall). Would he be eligible?
