This survey is very good, but you're only asking the advice  of the choir 
( as in preaching to the choir).

This survey should also be sent to CORSA members who recently dropped their 
membership, to get their opinions also.  These are the people you want to 
keep and their thoughts may shed more light on what they feel is wrong  or 
needs to be improved with CORSA to keep their membership.  There's a reason 
they lost interest, but you'll never find out by not letting the voice their 
thoughts with this survey.
