OK,
so you are all singing the praises of Chapters having to have all members 
require CORSA membership.
Would that also mean CORSA would require all members join a local chapter in 
support of the chapters????
Would it work both ways, or only work one way?

I bet CORSA wouldn't do that, and have a multitude of reasons why not.
But a Chapters reasons don't matter do they?\

It still sounds like a tax to me................
