Hello Everyone, FrontMan here. Well it is official from Junior
Beef's mouth to these words:
>There is no such thing. And I took a tape measure and the wheelbase
>is only 95 inches. Last time I buy a rare vehicle from a used carpet
>salesman. ;-)
We never could understand why Scott wasn't allowed to use his own
tape measure when he purchased the XL100. The former owner was
anxious to help us get the XL100 loaded and actually pulled the
vehicle up on Scott's trailer by using his own dualie Dodge pickup to
assist with loading.
Someone on the list had mentioned that maybe the XL100 stood
for a RCA TV model and that was
spot on as this Greenbrier FC had indeed been a TV repair truck in
south Georgia in and around the Moultrie area. It's just a regular
1963 Greenbrier and we are happy you have participated in the solving
of this HOAX brought to you by FrontMan and the WTBRT PR Department. <GGG>
