Thanks DP; I stand corrected. I do  recall the good Doctor (apparently) 
borrowed Albert's quote quite  frequently. Another used was: "If you always do what 
you've always done, you'll  always get what you've always gotten." The point 
here being we need to  say "HOW can it be done (any useful improvement)"; not, 
"it can't be done  because ______."
