<VV> security system / ignition cut off

Good to see you back.  We had a Plymouth Gran Fury that the PO had  
modified a bit like this - he wired the neutral safety switch so you  
had to push a button.  If you didn't push the button, the horn  
honked.  I liked it because a thief likely wouldn't make too many  
tries before giving up.

It did get tested at least once, I came out to find the door unlocked  
and ajar, and the ignition obviously tampered with, but the car  
otherwise intact.
