What's this "used to have" stuff -- still occurs at community colleges 
around the country for local high schoolers.

Obviously, no longer the "Plymouth Trouble Shooting Contest", it is 
alive and well as the "Ford/AAA Student Auto Skills Competition" -- 
http://www.autoskills.com/index.html -- with $7 million in scholarships 
available, it is far from a non-event.
