<VV> Oil (again, arghh!!)

<What would be a good recommendation for type of oil in stop and go  traffic
80 degree temp. in my 62 / 900 monza>

Indeed, Mr. Widman has gone to great length to research and report on  this 
matter and I am in awe of his broad knowledge on the subject.   His brilliance 
shines through in this paper.  My thanks and congratulations  to him.  
However, folks less brilliant, folks like me, probably want a one  sentence (not 30 
page) answer to this question--something along the lines of;  "The oil you 
should put in your Corvair nowadays is (fill in the blank)."   Is there anyone out 
there that can provide such an answer?
