<VV> No Corvair - need computer project help

I am looking for a member who is a computer geek who can give me some advice
on getting a computer program written for our school with an algorithm to 
choose an optimum storage locker location for students based on their class schedules. (We are trying to eliminate the late-for-class excuse that "my locker is too far away."
