<VV> Instrument panel lights stopped working on a 65

Are there any other "odd" instrument / indicator lamp things going on? For
example, when you turn the headlight switch on to the position that should
light the instrument lamps, do the turn signal and/or high beam indicators
light up, or does the gas gauge needle start to move? If so, you may have a
loose ground strap from the instrument cluster to the dash. This phenomenon
is noted in the Basics book and the strap location noted in the chassis
manual.
