<VV> Second class mail - relates to CC delivery

If you pay attention to things like that (I do since I'm in the business), 
most of the second class mail arrives on Tuesday - regardless of what day it 
went to the USPS.  Typically, it will sit at your local PO until they get a 
"slow" day and Tuesdays usually fit that description.
