Sure. What kind of comment are you looking for?

Your 195/70-13's are (mathematically) 23.25" diameter. 185/80-13's  
would be about 24.65". Original 6.50-13's, if you could find a set,  
might be anywhere between 24.1" and 24.6", they varied quite a bit. If  
you had a set of reproduced bias-ply 6.50-13's such as Coker Tire  
sells, they would be 24.58" in diameter.

So, what does this prove? Your tires are quite a bit smaller in  
diameter than the original tires were. The same holds true when  
compared to the good replacement sizes noted above. This will lower  
your car a bit, change your speedometer and odometer readings a little  
and give you a little quicker acceleration and worse gas mileage. But  
if they look good to you and you're happy with them, who cares?
