Matt,
I saw the pictures you posted regarding the fan test.  I didn't see  and 
don't know what the make and model of electric fan they were using.   The photo of 
the fan and its specifications was not clear enough for me to find  out what 
I needed to know.  Do you happen to know the make and model of the  fan or 
could you point me toward someone who does know?
