<VV> 69 build Quality

Smitty Says:  Not that one car is indicative of anything but Allen Bristow had a 69 that had a row of spot welds along the inner lip of a rear fender that didn't do anything.  Where the inner skirt flange and outer body flange are supposed to nest together and be welded, the spot welds merely ran around the inner skirt and didn't touch the body flange.  It was a very low mileage car at the time.
