<VV> Radio Question

I recently bought a 63 Corvair, and with the paperwork
I found the original paperwork on the radio.  It was
the optional push button Motorola.  The radio is still
in the car and still works.  What is odd is I also
have the two string tabs that originally hung on the
knobs.  I have never seen the tags (original or in
reproduction).  Are these rare?  Worth anything?  I
would guess on a restoration they might be a nice
addition.
