Frank,
Where does it explicitly say that driving at night is prohibited with
antique tags? I only saw the sentence "Antique vehicles operated
exclusively between sunrise and sunset are exempt from the normal lighting
requirements of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code but must have their original".
To me that doesn't mean driving at night is prohibited but rather means you
are not exempt from the lighting requirements if you drive at night. I
guess I'll let you know if I get stopped!

if you go look at the rules it states antique vehicles to be operated
between sunrise and sunset, only day light hours, in Pa With Antique plates
, and only one time a week , othere then to shows, no daily driveing.
