If you're fortunate enough to own a Canadian built car, the production information for your car is available from GM for a nominal charge.

Are there any resources available to CORSA members as to where their Corvair was sent upon
being built and shipped from the factory to the dealer(s)?

Not to my knowledge... All records were lost in a fire at GM's archive
center decades ago..
You can only hope to find paperwork, etc. in the car, if the previous owner
didn't already have it...
We can tell you where / when and with what options it was assembled..
