I have just heard that here in Maryland, you can get permanent historic registration (tags) for $80. The licence plates are good forever. Havn't had time to check this out, but it sounds great. Anybody know anything about this? harry yarnell perryman garage and orphanage hyarnell1 at earthlink.net
