<VV> '66-'69 Locking Gas Cap Question

Where is Bill H - AKA Mr. STOCK?

Does the original locking gas cap use the ign key?  Or possibly the trunk 
key?

I know that my spare tire lock does - I forget which, but I think it (tire 
lock) uses the trunk key.
