<VV> Corvair-related? was: computer geek help needed (no Corvair)

For at least a week i wander through my VV post and for some reason computers are still a big issue here. I can imagine that someone has a problem with his digital setup, but i think there are other forums for that. Other possibilities: keep it off-line after one question or request.
Lets keep this forum a Corvair-minded one...
