<VV> Seatbelts - 1960 mounting location?

Could someone help me identify, if they exist, a 'correct' location to 
mount front seat lap belts in a 1960 700 4-dr?

I seem to have a 'Wife wants seat belts' problem ...    (sensible gal, 
ain't she)
