Welcome to Corvair-dom !
I guess you're not the first to notice I'm kind of an "LM" (late model) guy
which I hadn't realized. I do tend to favor them in pix too, although the
Earlies have beautiful classic lines, but are a completely different
"species," except where it counts.
Both "species" of Corvair have the engine in the right place, and
independent suspension, and handling you'd never expect from a car that was
supposed to be an economy car !
