<VV> Towing/tiedown/LM

Am plucking a LM out of its resting place since 1985. tires do hold air, but 
still low to earth. I need to tug, from rear, a very short distance to 
pavement, then will winch onto trailer. Need best area for 1) Attaching to rear with 
strap/chain for tugging and 2) tie downs for travel on trailer (6 Miles)
 
Have dolly'd in the past and towed by tow bar on front bumper. This is a 
first, any advise for a safe, damage free job? It is a Vert, PG. Appears the E. 
Brake is not engaged and is in nuetral, but will learn/observe more once I begin 
initial tug....
